For the cabbage fritters cut cabbage, bacon and onion cut into cubes. Fry the bacon, remove from the pan, fry the onion in the drippings, then add the cabbage and bacon, season with salt, pepper, marjoram and a little chili powder if you like.

Stew until soft – takes about 30 minutes, depending on the quantity. In the meantime, cook the Fleckerl according to package instructions. Mix them with the cabbage and serve.
