For the cabbage fritters, finely chop the spring onion and sauté in a pan with a little oil. Remove pan from heat. Cut the cabbage into small pieces and add to the spring onion in the pan together with the fritters.

Cover everything with water (be careful not to use too much water) and simmer until the water has evaporated and the noodles are cooked.

Sauté everything together and season with honey, salt and pepper.
