For the cabbage lasagna, prepare the white cabbage. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with the tomato polpa and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
In a baking dish, spread some of the tomato sauce on the bottom and cover with a layer of pasta sheets. Spread some white cabbage on top, cover again thinly with tomato sauce, put a layer of pasta leaves on top.
Continue in this way until everything is used up. Finally, spread the grated cheese on top of the lasagna. Leave everything to infuse for a few hours and then bake the cabbage lasagna at 180° for about 15-20min.
