For the cabbage sprout casserole, first clean the cabbage sprouts and cut any large cabbage sprouts in half. Peel and dice the potatoes. Pre-cook both together in salted water.

Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry. When the bacon is well done, put it in a baking dish and add the sprouts and potatoes.

Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, grate the cheese, add finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, a little nutmeg, grated horseradish and dill seeds. Pour over the vegetables.

Bake the cabbage sprout casserole in the preheated oven at approx. 180 °C.
