Instructions:

Knead all the ingredients for the dough until smooth and put in the refrigerator for a while. Cut the onions and white cabbage into leaves and the bell bell pepper into cubes. Put light butter in a large frying pan, lightly fry onions, white cabbage and peppers, season and cool well.

Roll out curd dough and cover with cabbage filling, roll up and form on a greased baking sheet. Brush the strudel with coffee cream and bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for the spicy sauce. Rinse the lettuce and marinate it according to your taste.

Portion the baked strudel and serve with the spicy sauce and lettuce.
