A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy, add yogurt and oil, then ricard, mix everything together well. Add flour and yeast dissolved in milk and knead until smooth.

Whip the egg whites to a beaten egg white and carefully fold into the yeast dough.

Butter a baking dish and pour in half of the dough (it will rise in the heat). Bake for one hour at low heat (thermostat 4), then 20 min. at medium heat (Th. 5- 6, approx. 170 °C).
