Instructions:

Put the sugar and the juice of one lemon (1) in a medium frying pan and let it melt on a medium fire until it becomes light brown caramel.

Add the butter, foam up, then add orange juice, juice of one lemon (2) and Grand Marnier on the spot. Boil everything on a lively fire until thick.

In the meantime, select the blackberries, rinse them just briefly cooled and dry them with kitchen roll.

The blackberries in the caramel-orange roast broth form and heat just a minute, swirling the frying pan so that they are coated with sauce. Cool at room temperature.

To serve, whip the cream until stiff. Arrange the blackberries in dessert bowls, form a little cream over them and garnish with grated orange peel to taste.
