For the Caribbean vitamin shake, peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut it into coarse pieces. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens and cut them into small pieces.

Add the sugar, the juice of half a lemon, the liqueur and blend well. Finally, add the milk and blend again briefly.

Pour into chilled glasses and decorate with strawberries.
