Cut chicken meat into cubes. Do peas in little lightly salted water for good 8 min. Drain. Rinse bell bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into narrow strips. Mix these ingredients with the cooked long grain rice. For the marinade, chop the egg very finely. Mix with oil, vinegar and mustard. Add minced onion, tarragon and lovage. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Stir well. Pour marinade over lettuce. Arrange on lettuce leaves.
