Instructions:

Cut the salmon fillet into very thin slices and lay out on a large, or several small plates. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix olive oil, lime juice and shallot.

Drizzle the marinade over the salmon slices. Sprinkle chives on top and spread evenly with the back of a spoon.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives whenever possible!
