Instructions:

Briefly sauté carrots in butter (I) and add clear soup. Cover and simmer gently for approx. 10 min. Add leek. Season with salt and pepper.

Season minced meat with pepper, salt, and – to taste – garlic and onion salt and sauté in butter (Ii) in a frying pan. Season with Worcester sauce and add to the vegetables form.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.
