Instructions:

Wash berries. Boil in water for 5 minutes and then infuse for 5 minutes. Drain through a linen cloth.

Measure the resulting juice and add 500 g of sugar per l of juice.

Simmer over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Skim if necessary.

Pour the hot juice into clean, preheated bottles and seal them immediately.
