For the catfish fillet with onion cheese crust, cut the cheese very small. Peel onion and garlic, chop garlic finely, halve onion and cut into slices.

Mix cheese, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, whipping cream, chive rolls and tarragon. Wash and dry fish and season with salt and pepper.

Spread a casserole dish thickly with garlic butter, place fish and spread cheese mixture on top, spread remaining butter on top.

Bake in the oven preheated to 200 °C for about 25 minutes.
