Instructions:

Clean cauliflower. Place in salted water for 30 min, roses down. Later put the head in lightly salted boiling water. Add butter and sugar. Cook in 20 min. Arrange drained cauliflower on a warmed platter. Drizzle with juice of one lemon. Spread butter evenly over cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Offer ham separately.
