Instructions:

Cook the cauliflower roses in boiling hot salted water for 5 minutes. Now pour into a sieve, rinse and drain.

Cut the seeded bell bell pepper into small cubes. Halve the olives. Cut the anchovy fillets into thin strips. Cut the seeded peppers into strips or rings.

Mix the cooled cauliflower in a baking dish with the prepared ingredients and the capers. Season with salt and pepper. Pour wine vinegar and olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly and season.

Tip: A touch of chili spice or possibly cayenne pepper makes the roses more fiery.
