Instructions:

Cook the prepared cauliflower in salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, cook the sauce: Melt butter, stir in flour until it is light yellow. Add water while stirring, bring to the boil and continue to simmer at a low temperature so that the flour swells.

Season with all spices, add chopped kidneys and ham strips to the sauce form. Drain the cauliflower and arrange in a heated baking dish.

Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with chives and parsley.
