For the celery salt, cut the celery into small cubes, place in a bowl and mix well with fleur de sel and leave covered for 2 days.

Then spread the salt mixture on a baking sheet and let it dry in the oven at 150° until it is hard. Loosen from the baking sheet and break into pieces. Store the celery salt in jars.
