For the chard dumplings, pour milk over bread cubes. Clean the chard, wash, cut into 3 cm wide strips and blanch in boiling water. Drain well and then still squeeze.

Peel and chop the garlic and sauté in the butter, then add to the bread cubes. Mix the bread cubes and the remaining ingredients, season with spices and salt.

Bring water with 1 teaspoon of salt to boil, form dumplings from the dumpling mixture with wet hands and boil for 10 minutes. Drain well and serve.
