For the chard vegetables, blanch the washed chard leaves in salted water, drain and cool. Heat the butter and sauté the drained and slightly chopped chard in it.

Stir in flour and pour in whipping cream. Let simmer for a while. Season to taste with salt and freshly grated nutmeg.
