1-2 tbsp. sugar a little cinnamon cinnamon imt little red wine red wine or possibly juice of a lemon.
Peel and grate the apples, mix them with raisins, almonds, nuts, sugar and cinnamon. A little bit of juice or red wine is used for moistening, so that a thick porridge is formed. Charoset tastes sweet and delicious and is often spread as a topping on matzo.
