For the cheese and herbs Schöberl, cream butter until fluffy, gradually add egg yolks.

Beat egg whites until fluffy.

Mix flour with baking powder and Parmesan cheese.

Stir milk into the yolk mixture and now gently mix all ingredients together.

Line a baking tray with baking paper or brush with butter and sprinkle with flour. Carefully spread the mixture to a thickness of about 2 cm and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C convection oven for about 20 minutes.

Cut the cheese dumplings into lozenges or checks, place in the soup and serve quickly.
