Cheese Crostini with Raw Ham

Finely chop the garlic and coarsely chop the rosemary needles. Whisk with the olive oil. Pour into a non-stick frying pan and heat. Toast the bread slices in it until light brown on one side. Place on a baking tray with the baked side up.

Cut the goat cheese in half diagonally and place one half on each slice of bread. Cut the raw ham slices in half lengthwise, form into a rosette and place on top of the cheese.

Briefly bake the crostini in the center of the oven under the broiler heated to 230 degrees until the cheese is slightly melted. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and bring to the table.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
