Try this delicious cake recipe:

Knead flour, fat and sugar together until crumbles form.

Grease the cake springform pan, pour in 2/3 of the crumble and press firmly to smooth the bottom.

Drain peaches, cut into slices and spread evenly on the bottom.

For the filling, cream fat, add sugar, lemon zest and juice, add eggs, fold in curd with custard powder. Spread curd mixture evenly over peaches, smooth and crumble remaining crumble on top.

Bake in the heated oven for 50 minutes at 200o until golden, dust with powdered sugar when cooled.
