Instructions:

Mix the milk with the lemon juice.

Sift the flour with the salt, baking soda and paprika powder into a bowl. Knead the drippings with the flour and gradually incorporate the milk and two-thirds of the cheese into the dough.

Knead everything until you get a smooth dough. Divide the dough into about 8 portions and form into rolls.

Put the rolls on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Spread the remaining cheese on the rolls and bake for another 5 minutes.

Let the cheese rolls cool down and add more cheese to taste.
