A cake recipe for all foodies:

Mix fat and sugar until thick and creamy. Add the eggs one by one. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, add alternately with the milk. Spread on a greased baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm) sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 12 minutes. Cool and cut in half diagonally.

Drain the cherries. Collect juice, add cornstarch and 3 tablespoons juice, sugar and a little cinnamon. Bind with cornstarch and let it boil for a short time. Fold in the cherries, except for 12 pieces. Spread on one half of the dough and cover with the other half.

Whip cake mix and 400 ml water for about 2 min until creamy. Fold in the yogurt. Spread on the cake and leave to cool. Whip 150 g whipped cream until stiff. Divide cake into slices. Decorate with chocolate shavings, cream puffs and remaining cherries.
