For the Chia Mango Yogurt Dessert, mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and maple syrup. Cut open the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp of the pod and also add to the yogurt.

Then stir in the chia seeds. After about 10 minutes, stir well again, add the vanilla pod and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Peel the mango, remove the stone and puree with the lemon sugar using a blender. Pour the yogurt and mango puree alternately into 2 glasses. Put again in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
