For the Chicken Onion Strudel with Chive Cream, first peel and finely chop the onions. Wash the meat, pat dry, trim if necessary and dice finely.

Melt some butter in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the meat and fry lightly.

Whisk the eggs with the whipping cream. Stir in the flour. Add to the onions and the meat.

Spread out the strudel and add the onion-meat mixture on top. Roll into a tight strudel and place in the oven at 200 °C for about 30-40 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the chives into fine rolls. Mix sour cream, chives, salt and pepper.

Serve the chicken and onion strudel with chive cream.
