Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

150 g. Sugar snap peas or bean pods Pepper, fresh h ground 4 chicken breast fillets stfilets a 150 g 1 tbsp. tbsp. kitchen herbs, chopped, mixed.

Remove the peel from the carrots and kohlrabi. Remove the beans, cut them into pieces together with the spring onions and rinse them. Cook the vegetables in salted water until al dente, then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Later keep warm. Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Wash and dry the meat, then turn it alternately in the beaten eggs and the sesame breading on the other side.

Heat the oil and fry the meat in it on both sides for about 8 min. Please make sure that the oil is not too hot, otherwise the breading will burn!

In the meantime, melt the butter in another frying pan, toss the vegetables briefly in it and sprinkle with the herbs.

Arrange the chicken breast fillets with the spring vegetables.

Serve with croquettes. French fries should also work!
