Sauté the garlic. Put lemon slices on the meat and finish with a flake of butter. Halve the cherry tomatoes, sauté in oil with pepper, garlic, salt and the finely chopped spinach leaves until soft. Form the spinach-tomato vegetables in the center of a plate and place the sliced chicken breast fillet on top. Garnish with the fried lemon slices.
