For the chicken breast with flowers, first peel and chop the onion. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Trim the chicken breast and cut into fine strips.

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion in it and then add the chicken strips. Deglaze with soy sauce and wine. Add lemongrass and ginger to taste. Season with pepper and chili.

Only mix in the buds at the end. Serve chicken breast with flowers.
