For the chicken curry with broccoli, separate the broccoli from the stalk and divide into bite-sized florets, boil in salted water and then quench with ice water.

Bring a pot with about 600 ml of salted water to a boil. Once this boils, add rice and cook covered for about 15 minutes until al dente.

Peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine strips, fry in a little oil until golden brown. Salt and pepper the chicken breast cut into strips and fry well together with onion and garlic, add about 150 ml water and the coconut milk.

Dissolve curry and soup cubes in it, add broccoli and boil everything down briefly. The chicken curry with broccoli is best served with rice.
