Instructions:

For the chicken curry with peach slices and basmati rice, first wash the rice thoroughly and then cook it covered with double the amount of water and a little salt for about 15 minutes on a low flame.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken well in it on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside briefly.

Drain the peach wedges well and collect the juice. Then empty the juice into the pan to the frying residue, add the cream cheese and mix everything well on low heat until it has a creamy consistency.

Now add the curry powder and again stir everything well until it has combined with the sauce. Finally, stir in the peach slices and chicken and season with a little salt.

Remove the pan from the heat, and let everything sit covered for another 1-2minutes (optional). Now place the rice in a circle on a plate and arrange the chicken curry with peach slices in the middle of the plate and serve.
