For the chicken fillets on iceberg lettuce, heat the oil for frying in a pan. Wash the chicken fillets, pat dry and cut into strips.

Fry the chicken fillet strips in the oil. Season the fried fillet strips with salt, pepper and baharat and leave to cool. Clean the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Make a salad marinade from the mild oil for the marinade with salt pepper lemon juice and herbs. Mix the salad marinade with the iceberg lettuce and place the lettuce in a plastic bowl to seal.

Add the chicken fillet strips on top and close the bowl tightly.
