Chicken fillets cut open lengthwise(pocket),salt,pepper,put 2 sage leaves.wrap each slice of cheese with a slice of ham,put 2 rolls in each chicken breast.wrap with bacon,that the pockets are closed. Put in roaster,pour chicken broth and port wine over,add peeled shallots,cover and cook at 190°C for about 40min.Bind the gravy with cornstarch,simmer for another 2min. Serve with vegetables.
