For the chicken skewers with chili kiwi dip, first peel the kiwis and finely puree them together with the yogurt. Season with chili seasoning, chili sauce, salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken meat into wafer-thin oblong strips and stick them on the skewers so that they are pierced twice. Season the skewers all around with salt, pepper and coriander.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the skewers all around for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Either pour the chili kiwi sauce into four tall jars and stick two barbecue skewers into each. Alternatively, arrange the sauce in a sauce boat and serve the barbecue skewers on a platter. Garnish chicken skewers with chili kiwi dip with mint leaves.
