For chicken with rice, first put about 6 tablespoons of oil in a small bowl and mix with the spices and finely chopped garlic.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Drizzle the chicken with the marinade and let it roast in the oven at 180 °C for about 1 1/2 hours.
Cook the rice according to instructions and stir in a soup cube at the end.
