For the chili con carne with vegetables, cut the cauliflower into small florets. Cut the fennel into cubes. Chop the fennel greens and set aside.

Brown the mince in oil in a pan. At the same time, lightly fry onion and garlic in a saucepan. Add minced meat, tomato pieces, cauliflower and fennel.

Season with paprika, chili, hot bell pepper, salt and pepper. Pour in soup and simmer for about half an hour. Season to taste and divide among plates.
