Noodle dishes are always a good idea!

Rinse and drain the bean sprouts. Clean, rinse and drain the leeks, peppers and onions and cut into thin strips. Cook a roux and season with soy sauce and the remaining spices. Heat the oil in the pan and roast the meat and vegetable strips in small quantities one after the other.

Important: Roast everything only briefly! (approx. 3 min), stirring constantly. Add the fried meat and vegetable strips to the sauce and serve hot with glass noodles or long grain rice.
