For the chocolate cakes, beat the egg with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and oil until creamy. Add the melted chocolate, flour and baking powder and mix well on the highest setting.

Pour the batter into a springform pan (18 cm) or small baking dishes. Bake the chocolate cakes at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes.
