For the chocolate casserole, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Beat the soft butter with the sugar until fluffy, add the eggs and egg yolks.

Gently mix in the flour and melted chocolate and mix nicely. Pour into buttered ramekins and freeze (should be frozen through). Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Bake when frozen for about 15-20 minutes (until a bulge forms). Serve warm with fruit and ice cream.
