Mix butter, sugar and salt well and add the egg.
Then mix flour with baking powder and baking soda and stir in.
Fold in 2/3 of the chocolate chips. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection oven).
Form balls (2-3cm in diameter) from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper (with enough space between them!).
Place the remaining chocolate chips on the balls. Bake the chocolate chip cookies for about 10-12 minutes.
