For the chocolate coconut cake, spread the chocolate sponge with the warmed jam.

For the cream, prepare the coconut pudding and let it cool. Stir constantly. Add Qimiq to the cooled pudding and stir until creamy.

Stir in agave syrup, bourbon vanilla sugar and syrup. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the mixture. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the cream on the dough and spread it already. Sprinkle everything with coconut flakes. Leave to set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
