Cream honey with butter until fluffy. Add vanilla sugar, baking powder and egg. Mix in chopped chocolate coating and flour. Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a round nozzle and pipe small doughnuts onto a prepared baking tray, spacing them slightly apart. Bake in the preheated oven at 165 to 175 °C for 10 to 12 minutes on sight (edges must be light brown). Variation: Instead of honey, the same amount of raw sugar can be used.
