For the chocolate Easter eggs, beat eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Gradually add oil and water.

Sift flour, persimmon powder and baking powder and stir into egg mixture. Grease egg molds and sprinkle with non-skimmed flour.

Pour the mixture into the molds and bake at 180°C until golden brown. After cooling, glaze the Easter eggs with chocolate icing and decorate as desired.
