Instructions:

For the chocolate liqueur, whip the yolks with sugar, salt and vanilla pulp until creamy.

Bring the whipped cream to the boil once and melt the chopped chocolate coating in it.

Stir the chocolate mixture into the yolk mixture and allow to cool. Mix with the brandy/cognac and fill into nice bottles.

The chocolate liqueur can be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks.
