Fill a saucepan with 3 cm high water and place a metal vessel over it and put the choco with a little bit of water in the metal vessel. The steam will melt the chocolate. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a little bit of sugar. Beat the egg yolks with a hand mixer until it is very light and creamy. Whip the whipped cream with a little bit of sugar until firm.

Then mix the chocolate with the egg yolks, then lift down the egg whites and the whipped cream.

Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate for a few hours.

Before serving, pour the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
