Instructions:

For the chocolate nut slices, first prepare the sponge dough. For the sponge dough, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar until fluffy, then slowly stir in the oil and fold in the sour cream just briefly.

Combine plain flour, nuts, Benco and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture. Pour this batter into a king cake pan (possibly loaf pan) and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. Allow to cool and remove from the pan.

For the filling, whip Rama Cremefine (or whipped cream). Whisk QimiQ until smooth, stir in rum flavoring and Nutella. Finally, fold in the whipped Rama Cremefine. Add a little sugar if necessary.

Cut the sponge cake once in half and spread the bottom layer with the cranberry jam. Spread the Nutella cream about 1 cm thick. Place the second sponge cake layer on top.

Fill the remaining cream into a piping bag and pipe tuffs on top. Place the slices in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
