Instructions:

Stir the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and orange zest and set aside. Put the flour in a suitable bowl and mix well with baking powder, cocoa, baking soda, orange zest and mace. In another baking bowl, lightly mix the egg. Now add the sugar, oil and buttermilk (or yogurt) and mix well. Add the flour mixture and gently fold in.

Grease the wells of a muffin tray well or place paper cups in them. Fill half of the baking tray with the batter (approx. 1 tbsp. per tray). Later, top each with 1 tsp. cream cheese and orange marmalade. Divide remaining batter evenly among ramekins. Bake: Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 min. Decoration: Dust with powdered sugar as you like.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
