Instructions:

Cream butter with sugar (1) and eggs until thick. Add grated lemon zest and salt. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and the oat flakes and stir into the egg mixture by the spoonful. Form balls from the dough and bake them floating in fat until golden brown. Squirt the jam into the doughnut. Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate and turn the pastry in it to the other side. Bring to the table warm.
