Mix the flours in water, salt and bread liquor. Allow to swell for a few hours (6-8 hours).
Next, knead the chufas nuts, raisins and baking powder into the dough, perhaps adding a little more water.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 175 °C for 1-1 1/2 hours on the middle rack of the oven.
Each oven is different, please observe. When the bread is ready, cover with kitchen towel to keep the moisture inside.
